Amy Boss
Product Operations, Invoca

I optimize the experience of bringing products to market through strategic operations and focusing on the customer experience.

“I like staying connected to the Technology Management MBA program and helping women leverage their experiences into more strategic roles.”

As a mentor, I excel at…

  • Advice on moving from individual contributor to new people manager or program/product line/business-unit leader
  • Insight and input on career goals/planning/transition strategies
  • Advice on moving to a new role with a focus on preparation and “hit the ground” strategy
  • Perspectives on career paths and industries
  • Experience and techniques for successfully leading teams and direct reports
  • Working at a startup vs. a large company

When I have free time, I…

can often be found trying my hand at a new culinary challenge (currently ramen tare and toppings) while listening to rock music, hydroponic gardening, getting back out on the slopes for some skiing, or catching up with my network over a myriad of drinks.

The best career decision I’ve made was…

building and maintaining a solid network and understanding how that can change over time.
