I am a lifelong learner and a firm believer in servitude to lead teams and help them achieve their potential. I also believe that strong processes and structure are essential to amplify innovation and deliver outsized impacts.

“It not only helps me pay it forward for all the incredible mentors in my life that taught me valuable lessons and served as sounding boards, it also is an incredibly effective, organic way to learn in a safe space.”

As a mentor, I excel at…

  • Leadership styles
  • Collaboration
  • Product development & delivery
  • Delivering results

When I have free time, I…

like to build/fix stuff around the house that involves drills, saws, and a workbench. I’m currently mentoring my 5th grader cohort with First Lego League. I enjoy running and playing soccer with my boys. On weekends, when I have downtime from kids’ activities, I’m likely watching football (USC Trojans and Seattle Seahawks!!).

The best career decision I’ve made was…

leave a senior leadership role and take a six-month career break to take care of my family.

As a kid, I was fascinated by…

fast cars and airplanes.

As an adult, I’m fascinated by…

my kids’ emotional intelligence and vocabulary.

My favorite book, blog, podcast is…

Leadership and the One Minute Manager by Ken Blanchard
